Solihull offices sold

Hortons’ Estate Limited has sold Highlands House in Solihull for £1.275 million.
The 14,750 sq ft office building on Highlands Road has been acquired by Cimac Properties Ltd.
Birmingham-based property company Horton’s Estate acquired Highlands House in 2007. Tenants include React Building Services, Integrity Security, Allen Construction and Amtech Group.
Steven Tommy from Hortons’ Estate said: “We have held Highlands House in our office property portfolio for more than a decade. The disposal was in line with our ongoing company strategy.”
MK2 Real Estate advised Hortons’ Estate on the sale.
