Double deal at Wellington Industrial Estate

Independent property company, Hortons’ Estate Ltd has agreed a pair of lease renewals with long standing tenants at Wellington Industrial Estate in Bilston.

It is home to existing occupiers including AF Accident Repair Centre, which almost tripled the size of its operation by moving into newly refurbished premises on the site earlier this year.

Hortons’ has begun work on refurbishment of Unit 61, a 7,400 sq ft building, which is already under offer. It is the last remaining unit on the estate.

Jeremy Boothroyd of Hortons’, said: “It is always pleasing to complete lease renewals with long standing tenants, with whom we enjoy positive working relationships. Road Freight Services is a local family-run firm that has been based at Wellington Industrial Estate for generations and we’re delighted that it has cemented its future here. It’s also satisfying to have assisted Chase Equipment in meeting its requirements for additional space, as it continues to expand.”
