Hortons strengthens team with triple hire

Hortons’ Estate Limited has announced three new appointments to its head office team at Latham House in Birmingham.
The new hires are headed by chartered surveyor, Harry Young who joins Hortons’ property asset management team from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was associate director.
He will be responsible for the management of a diverse range of office, retail and industrial properties including Birmingham’s Piccadilly Arcade, Cannock Gateway Retail Park, Interchange 25 in Nottingham and White House in Birmingham city centre.
Faye Bellew has been appointed as facilities manager, with additional responsibility for coordinating health and safety at Hortons. She has almost a decade of experience in residential property gained through roles with a leading estate management company and one of the largest estate agents in the Midlands.
The appointments are completed by Amanda Crisp who will work alongside Hortons’ property, facilities, and health and safety teams. Her responsibilities include property administration, tenant liaison and media updates.

Since graduating, I’ve gained considerable commercial property experience within a valuation and advisory role and I am eager for the opportunity to have a direct and tangible impact on the properties I manage.
