Newly refurbished warehouse units now available at Old Dalby Business Park

Hortons has announced the availability of 67,000 sq ft of fully refurbished industrial and warehouse space at the well-established Old Dalby Business Park, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire.

The company has invested significantly in upgrading an existing unit, Unit 2 A-D, to provide modern, high-quality accommodation.

This versatile space is available as a single, large unit, or can be subdivided into smaller units to suit a range of occupier needs. Flexible lease terms are on offer.

Key features of the refurbished warehouse space include 4.3 metre eaves height, front and rear electric roller shutter doors, LED lighting and ancillary accommodation. The unit also benefits from a good power supply and enhanced energy performance.

Jeremy Boothroyd of Hortons, said: “Our strategy of investing in the refurbishment of our properties is driven by our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of today’s occupiers. This new space at Old Dalby offers modern, flexible warehouse space in a popular location, with excellent connectivity to the wider region.”

Old Dalby is a 39-acre industrial complex located between Leicester, Nottingham, and Loughborough, with links to the M1 via A46. The site offers warehousing and manufacturing units from 2,000 sq ft to 135,000 sq ft, along with around 8.5 acres of development land available for lease or sale as a single lot or in separate plots.
