Pair sign up for Piccadilly Arcade in Birmingham
17 December 2024
Hortons has secured two new tenants at Piccadilly Arcade, a historic leisure and retail destination in the heart of Birmingham.
Harbin Acupuncture Clinic has taken a five-year lease on Unit 9, while beauty salon Brow Box has signed a five-year lease on Unit 7.
These latest lettings follow the recent arrivals of Resiliency Tattoo Studio and London-based interactive clay pigeon shooting experience, Clays, which launched at the arcade this month.
Harbin Acupuncture Clinic, founded by licensed therapist Dr. Xuejun Yu, will offer traditional Chinese acupuncture, tui na massage, cupping, and herbal medicine, operating six days a week (Monday to Saturday). Brow Box, expanding from two existing locations in Stourbridge, has chosen Piccadilly Arcade for its first Birmingham-based salon.
Harry Young of Hortons said: “It’s fantastic to see Piccadilly Arcade thriving ahead of Christmas. The recent influx of new tenants is helping to re-energise the space as a premier leisure and retail destination, offering even more choice for shoppers.
“Special thanks to Simon Smith of Wright Silverwood for his support in securing these deals. With just one unit left, we’re already seeing strong interest from local independent businesses.”
