Hortons completes Ballards LLP deal at fully let Fifteen Colmore Row 

Hortons has completed the letting of the final office suite at Fifteen Colmore Row, bringing the Birmingham city centre building to full occupancy.

Ballards LLP, the accountancy and advisory firm, has signed a five-year lease on a 1,447 sq ft first floor ‘plug and play’ suite at the recently refurbished Grade A offices.

The firm expanded into Cornwall Buildings on Newhall Street last year and has strengthened its presence in Birmingham, joining its headquarters in Droitwich and offices in Worcester. 

Hortons, which is headquartered at Fifteen Colmore Row, recently carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, which included a fully furnished business lounge and roof terrace on the building’s top floor, an extended concierge reception area and new duplex lifts.

Established occupiers include Fisher German, Cundall, RLB and Pasture Restaurant Group, which operates a 7,000 sq ft venue on the ground floor.
