New Finance Director at Hortons’ Estate

David Freeman has been promoted to finance director at Hortons’ Estate.
An accountant with more than 15 years’ experience, David previously worked in the audit teams at BDO and E & Y where he advised property companies with diverse developments and portfolios.
He joined the Birmingham-based family-owned property company in 2008 as the financial controller and has headed the finance function since.
Hortons’ Estate celebrated its 125th anniversary this year having been incorporated in 1892. The company has amassed a portfolio of retail, hotel, office and industrial properties and land located around the Midlands valued at more than £250m.
