Trebor Awarded

Trebor Developments were crowned West Midlands Developer of the Year at the Insider Property Awards held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on the 9^th November, beating a wide range of major Midlands-based development companies, to be recognised as the most active commercial developer over the last 12 months.

In addition to being nominated for Commercial Developer of the Year, Trebor were also nominated in the categories of Regeneration Project of the Year and Property Deal of the Year, coming Highly Commended for our 12 acre redevelopment project to provide a 280,000 sq ft major manufacturing facility at Popes Lane, Oldbury, a project that will create over 150 new jobs, with an overall investment value of over £30 million.

Trebor won the West Midlands Commercial Developer of the Year Award in 2014, so we are delighted to again be recognised by the industry for our continuing performance across the commercial property sector.
