Hortons accommodates popular coffee house’s expansion

The 1,745 sq ft letting will provide the independent coffee house with its second Birmingham venue – and its second tenancy with Hortons’ Estate.
The Nottingham-based company opened its first base in Birmingham at The Grand, Colmore Row, in 2016.
Popular among the city’s business community, 200 Degrees roasts its own beans and offers training sessions for would-be baristas.
Steve Tommy, estate manager at Hortons, said:
“200 Degrees has proved a popular addition to Birmingham’s coffee scene since we introduced them at The Grand, and we are delighted to support their expansion plans.”.
200 degrees has taken a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £105,000. Wright Silverwood advised Hortons on the letting.
