Property consultancy launches new office at Fifteen Colmore Row
02 May 2024
A leading property consultancy has underlined its ambitions to boost its influence within major cities in England, at an official opening celebration at its new Birmingham office.
Fisher German held the event at Fifteen Colmore Row, which is owned and managed by Hortons’ Estate Limited, where guests heard more about the firm’s exciting new plans for growth.
Attendees included representatives from Midlands property, business, and local government.
Hortons has been a client of Fisher German’s in many projects in and around Birmingham, and completed the CAT A refurbishment of its new office space at Fifteen Colmore Row, which has been operational since November 2023.
In that time Fisher German has won major contracts with Midlands-based companies as a direct result of having a presence in the city centre.
Nina Meeks of Hortons, who was a guest at the event, said: “We enjoy a positive, lasting relationship with Fisher German and it’s been a pleasure to support their relocation to Fifteen Colmore Row. The office launch event was a tremendous celebration of both the company and its Birmingham team, and it’s already clear that being based in the heart of Colmore Row has provided a significant boost to its business.”
Stuart Flint, divisional managing partner at Fisher German, said: “Fisher German is going from strength to strength as a result of the new Birmingham office and the three offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool, which complement our existing network of town-based offices across the country.
“Whilst we have been active around Birmingham for around 30 years from our offices in a number of surrounding counties, central Birmingham’s highly accessible location made it a desirable place to expand our West Midlands operations from and we are committed to our work in the city.”
