Swift deal sees Hortons secure new tenant at fully let Anchor Brook Industrial Estate

Hortons has achieved full occupancy at Anchor Brook Industrial Estate in Aldridge, completing a rapid letting to label manufacturer Zeus Media just weeks after the 11,357 sq ft unit came to market.

The unit, known as L1, was the first to become available at Anchor Brook for two years and attracted strong interest from multiple parties, going under offer within two weeks of the previous tenant vacating.

Conveniently positioned between Sutton Coldfield and Walsall, Anchor Brook offers good transport links to local towns and the wider motorway network.

Hortons has owner-managed the 28-acre estate for over 20 years, investing in refurbishment and new development to both retain long-term occupiers and attract a diverse range of businesses.

Recent projects include a purpose-built 35,000 sq ft facility for Brennan Industries Inc. and a purpose-built Greggs outlet serving on-site occupiers and the surrounding community.

Richard Walker of Hortons, said: “Anchor Brook has always been a popular estate, which is underlined by the speed of this letting. We can once again hang up the fully let sign, which is a testament to the estate’s quality and its excellent location, making it an ideal base for ambitious businesses like Zeus Media.”

Mark Fitzpatrick, director at Johnson Fellows, who jointly marketed the estate with Avison Young, added: “Anchor Brook continues to attract high-quality occupiers, and Zeus Media’s expansion into Unit L1 reflects this ongoing success. The space was highly sought after, with several occupiers competing for it, but Zeus Media ultimately secured the park’s final available unit.”
