Trio of new tenants take office space at the White House, Birmingham
16 January 2025
Hortons has announced three new office lettings at The White House, a period property on New Street in Birmingham city centre.
Leading Dutch software company, Total Specific Solutions (TSS) has agreed a three-year lease for Suite 48/52, marking the company’s second office in Birmingham.
The new location will house its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team, which focuses on sourcing software acquisitions, and will also serve as a collaborative hub for remote employees. TSS plans to create additional jobs in Birmingham in 2025 as part of its ongoing expansion.
Fraser Burns, of TSS, said: “We chose to make the move to a more private and spacious office with a professional feel, where we can invite customers and software business owners alike. Our future ambition includes growing the team and using Birmingham as a base for employees to visit and work from, whether they are based in the city or elsewhere.”
In addition to TSS, commercial law firm Glaisyers ETL has signed a five-year lease for a first floor office suite, while Baron Davenport’s Charity has secured a ten-year lease on Suite 56/57 and is set to take occupation in February 2025.
Harry Young, of Hortons, said: “The White House continues to attract a diverse range of high-profile tenants, thanks to its prominent location and historic charm. We’re excited to welcome these new occupiers, who join other notable businesses such as the Belgian Embassy, Thorn Baker and H&C Accountants.”
The White House is a seven-storey building that blends historic architecture with contemporary office spaces. The property offers retail units on the ground floor, with high-quality office suites on the upper levels.
There are four units available to let, ranging in size from 400 to 1,500 sq ft.
