Cannock Gateway Retail Park

Cannock Gateway Retail Park is one of the largest out-of-town retail schemes to be built in the Midlands in the last few years and has regenerated a 4.4-acre site that had remained undeveloped for more than three decades.

Built by Hortons the retail park comprises 36,542 sq ft of retail and purpose-built fast food units, electric vehicle charging, and is fully let to a number of high profile occupiers including TK Maxx, Sofaworks, Burger King and Costa Coffee.
