Piccadilly Arcade
Birmingham
Retail
Originally designed by Nicol & Nicol in the early 1900s, Piccadilly Arcade was one of Birmingham’s first cinemas before being converted into a ground floor retail arcade and basement bar.
This charming shopping destination embraces its roots and history with artistic ceiling murals, an attractive sloped floor, and the classic uniform appearance of many of the original shop fronts.
The Arcade is adjacent to Birmingham New Street Station, bridging New Street and Stephenson Street.

Tenant Quote:
We’ve got to know many of our customers so well that they are on first-name terms and we consider them friends. It’s more than just a job: I enjoy going in daily. We’re all independent traders in the Arcade and we support each other, too, so it feels like a really great community. It makes sense to stay here.
