Saxon Park

Saxon Park in situated on the Oakley Hay Industrial Estate, approximately four miles south west of Corby town centre and just five miles north of Kettering. Located in the heart of the ‘golden triangle’, it benefits from excellent road accessibility via the A6003 (dual carriageway), which leads to the A14, providing links to the M1/M6 and A1/M11.

Saxon 58 is available from Q1 2024. This existing facility has been fully refurbished to include new cladding, three dock level loading doors, three level access doors and LED lighting throughout.

Saxon 215 is available from Q2 2025. This existing facility has been fully refurbished to include new cladding, 13 dock level loading doors, two level access doors and LED lighting throughout.

Saxon 68 is available from Q4 2025. This new build, Grade A warehouse/logistics facility will include three dock level loading doors, two level access doors and LED lighting throughout.

Corby train station is positioned on the Midland main line, with a journey time to London (St. Pancras) of approximately 70 minutes.
